Branched PEG derivatives, also known as "Y-shaped" PEG derivatives, contain two linear methoxy PEG chain attached to a central core. The sterically bulky structure of these "Y-shaped" PEG derivatives will facilitate the single point attachment of the modified molecules. JenKem provides branched PEG derivatives for amine pegylatin, thiol pegylation, and N-terminus PEGylation. JenKem's regular branched PEG products include:
